The cover was stunning so I had to take a look, and I don't regret it. The prologue builds intrigue, even if it's a bit out of place, and the you can feel Laure's emotions through the paper. I love Coraline, and I hope she gets a bigger part throughout the book, and I hope Josephine and Ciro and the nameless boy mentioned with them get a bigger part too. I wonder if ballet is a metaphor for society or just a setting, because the way girls are described by the inspector and shunned for things they can't control is eerily remeniscent of real life. This is a fabulous book!
