I kept seeing books by Katherine Center, as the covers really drew me in. Who isn't immediately drawn to a cover as colorful as hers? I wasn't initially interested in the stories, but after reading rave reviews by so many others on different platforms, I decided to give her a try. This was my first read by Katherine Center, and boy, was I hooked immediately!! I love a good romantic beach read, and this fit the bill perfectly. Given the circumstances, you can't help but be on Margaret's side, rooting for her the whole way through, all while hating her boyfriend for his behavior. I really felt for her, and was super sad when the book ended, as I wanted to keep going into Margaret's story.
