Great story about being dealt a bad hand in life and learning to play the hand to the fullest instead of folding (and it has nothing to do with poker 😂)! "You can't fix everything. Not even close. But you can look for reasons to be grateful. More than that, you can work to create them." Definitely recommend!
The characters were believable. I have never been in any sort of situation like the man character had to deal with, but a friend of mine had a really bad car accident and went through many years of rehab and such. This book was tough at times, but definitely inspirational and a great book to make you think about your own life! Sometimes we think we have it bad, but it could be worse. And of course the love story was spot on too!
