My First by Katherine Center but it wont be my last

Have you every experienced a life changing event, where everything you thought you knew is now different? Margaret Jacobsen feels like she has her life figured out, she has a great boyfriend and is ready to settle down and build a life with him. But when a terrible accident leaves her with life alternating injury everything changes and she is forced to see that everything was not as rosy as she thought it was. As she works to recover, she meets Ian, a wounded physical therapist who is not interested in giving her any pity. Margaret must decide whether to continue to feel sorry for herself or find the strength to build a new life, even if it doesn't look the way she originally planned.
This book totally pulled at my heart strings, I loved the character development of both Ian and Margaret. While it was my first by Center, it most certainly, will not be my last!
