I finished this book in one day. I love the writing style which kept you captivated and I loved the story line. I felt it truly depicted the stages a person and their family go through when it comes to tragedy, even though some of the stages annoyed me at some points - like how brutal her mother was at some points. I loved the growth of the bond between the sisters and the little bit of drama with the parents broke up the story a little bit away from the romance and tragedy. I’m a BOTM member and was thriller to see Katherine’s book Things You Save in a Fire and obviously ordered it. Hoping that story is just as great as How to Walk Away! And where can I find a handsome Scottish Physical Therapist? Asking for a friend.
