I know I fall in the minority when I say this wasn't my favorite book. While the subject matter was a great concept for a novel (twenty something girl becomes engaged and paralyzed after plane accident and questions her new normal and how to adapt with her new life) the story escalated in an unbelievable way. The fiance was unlikable, as were the parents and the budding romance with her physical therapist while questioning what to do about her douche-y fiance. With all these secondary character's behavior, along with the ending of the story, it all just seemed over the top and wrapped up in a pretty bow. There were a lot of sub plots within the story and I think it took away from the seriousness of the situation. It's an ok beach read, but not the book I was expecting.
