This one was a DNF from me. For some reason I thought this was a memoir when I booted up my Libby audiobook and then I was like wait.... how is this story so crazy/how is the main character such a moron? Her fiance gets her into this awful situation where she is IN THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF HIM, and then he won't go visit her because it's too emotionally distressing for him, but she still keeps him around??? Man idk. I know I didn't finish the book but lowkey I spoiled the ending for myself because I needed to know if it got any more ridiculous, and it sure sounds like it did. The parts that I listened to via audio were poorly written and the characters honestly just seemed like caricatures of people. Some DNFs are ones I would pick up again, but this is not one of them.
