I love Katherine Center. She knows how to write books that relate to real people. Being a teacher my favorite of hers was the one set in a school, but this was a close second.

I was able to get sucked in from the very beginning and really cared about Margaret. The storyline was very predictable, but that is common in most books of this genre and I do not feel like it took anything away from the story at all. While you were able to tell what was going to happen in general, Katherine Center does a great job of making plot points entirely unique to the book.

The characters in the book were very realistic and their personalities seemed like old friends. I did not find it hard to become invested in their lives and nothing seemed far fetched, which can also be common in this genre. I loved every minute of this book and did not want it to end. I would love a sequel with these characters.
