From the start of this book, the author takes you on quite a journey. Margaret Jacobsen, is thrust into a difficult position as she finds her life turned upside down after her fiance is in a plane crash. This book opened up some old wounds and made me rethink some of my past relationships and how we as women, are so often encouraged to fall in love and get married at all costs. This book reminds us that marriage is not about just finding anybody but to find the person that you want to be with and the person that makes life that much more bearable. Margaret must confront some difficult decisions moving forward and must figure out what it is she really wants for her life. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to the next from this author.
