The story first takes place in a courtroom, a girl is the sole witness to her sisters murder. The problem is that no one believes her and they all say something different. She is knocked unconscious and the setting goes back a year to that night of the murder. Now the clock is ticking to find who the real murderer is. This book is awesome! I’ve never read anything like it and I can’t wait to read the rest. I love the way the book is set up and you’re rooting for the main character the whole time! It’s like a classic whodunnit but with a modern twist! The sisters are so different but you can feel the sisterly love between them and the determination to find her sisters killer. The suspense is a given, she has until midnight to find the killer. That part reminded me of cinderella. There is a bit of comedic relief which is sprinkled in at just the right parts.
