It’s a scream baby!
🔪 How To Survive Your Murder 💀
This book is perfect if you’re a die-hard fan of the original Scream movie like I am & find yourself saying “It’s a Scream Baby” & “Wazzzuppp” every Halloween. ( OR If you’re into all things Thriller & Horror like I am maybe year round 😜)
[ Insert Ghost Face Pic Here 😱]
“At the end of the day, horror movies were supposed to be entertaining. No matter how real something might feel when it was happening in a movie, we still had the luxury of closing our eyes, turning away. Real life, not so much.”
Alice aka Allie decides to go to a Birthday/Halloween Party last minute with her sister Claire. But little does she know that it’s the last night she’ll see her big sister alive. For she’s soon to be killed in a Corn Maze by someone they both know.
“Come on Allie, what kind of person skips the scary corn maze on Halloween?”
She did.
“If you don’t come with me, I might die.”
She did.
Now these words will play over and over forever in her mind. She will continually question herself why she didn’t just GO.
Flash forward one year and Allie’s life is utter chaos. Her parents aren’t together anymore, she’s moved out of her childhood home and now she’s forced to testify against her sister’s murderer. Not only is she the only witness, but no one save her family, believes that she’s telling the truth.
This book had so many twists and turns that it’s too hard to discuss much else in a review. Danielle Valentine definitely keeps the reader you on their toes and will have you pointing your finger and every single character in the book.
4 ⭐️ UNPUTDOWNABLE
**Note this is a YA book in case you don’t enjoy reading books for that age range.
