While looking for a new book on Bookishfirst, I found this title and blurb had caught my eye. Not being a horror book fan per se, I wanted to see what it was about and was luckily sent a copy of the book.
From the beginning I was drawn in with the fascination that Allie has of horror films and her knowledge to boot. In the span of a day we get a glimpse of her life and the main characters all around her. When big sister Claire is murdered in front of her, Allie’s world changes beyond belief.
We jump to a year later…learn how bad it is and that trial is about to start. The line is drawn where some believe her and some don’t. But to get the chance to go back and fix things?
