This title grabbed me first. I'm very intrigued though I shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Then I read the description and while the set up is leading to horror I read this line 'an apartment that smells like bologna'. Wait, what?!? Ha! Now I really need to read this. Is it funny, scary, my interest is piqued.
