As someone who is a good mixture of both Claire and Alice, this book spoke to me!
The author is hilarious - “what we’re you supposed to say when a guy made chain saw noises at you?” Yet this book is clearly not a comedy. Within the first few pages, the suspense and thrill already enticed me to continue reading all that I could.
I can tell I already will love this book. The slight true crime aspect of it (and the references to some good podcasts too!); the horror references; and the pure thrill of who did it. This book will keep you guessing, keep you terrified, and yet also keep you laughing.
