Such an emotional book! I wanted to hug Biz so many times. She seemed so broken from the death of her father. When Biz continues to see him after his death it's so sad. He tells stories about her as a baby and she can see some of his own sadness at times. Her best friend has started excluding her in some things and a new boy, Jasper, comes to town. Jasper unknowingly aids Biz in her search for more glimpses of her father and his life. This book is full of grief during a vulnerable time in ones life.
Although the stories are different I highly recommend this for fans of The Astonishing Color of After.
