A really amazing book. Only a couple chapters in its easy to say that I am completely enthralled with the characters. I especially love the small pointers toward Elizabeth's possible mental disorder. Between seeing her dead father and hearing waves speak I can't wait to see what other symptoms pop up later in the book.
Fox is really good at setting the scene and time as well as writing relatable characters. The small things add up, the scene where Elizabeth is questioning her sexuality is especially great. Fox also understands what it's like to be a student in the modern age.
I recommend this book to anyone looking for a new favorite book, or anyone looking for a fun read on the struggles of high school.
