This was so good! I wish there were half stars because this was four and a half stars for sure. I loved how Amir found himself and how he got to make a lot of new friends that even though they were older, to me it was better because I think he learned a lot and it help him grow up. All the characters were great, I do wish we could have gotten more Jackson or at least a bit of closure when it came to him, I just wanted more I guess. Amir's family was awesome and funny and his sister was the best. I really liked how the story was written (the format) because we got to really see the personalities of all members of his family. The new friendships he made in Italy were incredible and I absolutely loved the descriptions of food and everything he saw and the places he visited. Definitely recommend this one!
