The concept of this novel drew me in right away! A Muslim boy exploring his sexuality amongst a family that won't approve. The first few chapters of the novel were interesting, but felt extremely rushed. I felt like the first 2 chapters alone could've been an entire book. It made it difficult to connect to the characters.
