From the moment I read the first page of this book, I was drawn in. I wanted to know more about Amir, where he was, and how he got there. The tone of the writing is engaging and you are immediately thrown into Amir's head. I feel like there aren't all that many YA books featuring queer, Iranian characters so it is very cool to see that this book has been written. I'm excited about this book!
