As a fan of Raz's How I Built This podcast, I had a feeling that this book may not be full of anything new - and would simply be a recap of past podcast episodes. While Raz likely leveraged some insights from those episodes, the book was so so so much more than a simple recap. I was pleasantly surprised at just how many insightful and informative tips were included in this release.
In my opinion, this book can stand for entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurs alike. At the first few pages, I wasn't sure if I would learn anything that would be useful for me, as someone with a non-entrepreneurial spirit / mindset. However, I think there were enough stories and tips that I could apply to other aspects of life beyond just setting up a business. This book is for anyone with a new pursuit to follow - business or not. That said, I cannot wait to encourage an entrepreneur friend to indulge in this read.
