Stunner from first impression to publication
I read the first impression excerpt in 2020, and fell in love. When the book was published, I had the ebook on the wait list from my library's app for when I run.
I was hooked all over again, finishing a run at chapter six and rushing home to read more. Halfway through the book I went to the local bookstore to grab a physical copy for my bookshelf.
From beginning to end, the author's writing has you drawn into the story of the mysterious Hollow Sisters and their childhood disappearence and return. Through watching Irish handle everyday without her sisters who have left the house until mysterious things start happening again.
I am 100% in love with the plot twists, characters and the overall character arcs. You feel for and with each character as the story unravels. Easy day read if you are swallowed up by the book or weekender if you want to stretch the experience out.
