Okay, this is probably the creepiest book I think I've ever read. I read the very beginning of it on bookishfirst last year and was immediately drawn in. I ended up pre-ordering the book but only recently got around to reading it.

The story is about three young sisters who disappear from a street only to reappear a month later missing all of their clothes, black eyes, and having magically regrown all of their baby teeth. The father immediately suspects these are not his children and goes crazy to the point of suicide.

We start up 10 years later and follow the youngest sister, Iris, when her eldest sister, Grey, mysteriously goes missing without a trace. We then go on a journey that reveals a lot of hidden truths and sheds light on what exactly happened 10 years before.

This book has some extremely dark elements and some cursing. The storytelling is so well done that even through the creepy, you can't help but continue to read. Krystal Sutherland did an amazing job writing this story!

The genre would fall under Thriller Fantasy.
