It's something different and intriguing. I like it so far and wonder where it's heading. The beginning is kind of confusing, probably to add to the suspense, and it's written really well. My opinion on the main character is kind of mixed since we haven't gotten too much characterization yet. Overall, I would definitely give it a try.
