Three sisters share no recollection of the strange events that caused them have identical half moon scars at the base of their throats. Nonetheless, Iris is more focused on surviving as a teenager and trying to out run the weirdness associated with her then dwelling on her odd past. But the past catches up and Iris is forced to into action when one of her older sisters goes missing. She is confronted with strange memories and events as she retraces her sisters steps, but it becomes clear she needs to figure out what happened to them as children if she is going to be able to save her sister.
This sounds like a gripping story that combines fantasy and horror into a compelling page turner. I really like the cover and think it looks like a cover that represents the genre well. I am definitely want to read this!
