A bit of a slow read

I enjoyed Hotel Magnifique enough to give the book three stars, but I would definitely not say that I loved it. Hotel Magnifique had an interesting concept and I was curious to know what would happen next as I was reading, so the book did not completely fall flat for me. Having said that, though, it was still a bit of a slow read for me. The main character was not unlikeable, by any means, but she was also not one I really loved either (as goes for the side characters). Hotel Magnifique had an intriguing plot with enough fantasy and mystery to keep me reading until the end, but not one I would I actually recommend to others if they asked my opinion on which books to read next. I would not sway them from reading it either, but I would definitely let them know that it was not a favorite of mine. There's definitely an audience for it though and I'm sure many enjoyed it.
