I'd probably root for the protagonist's inevitable relationship with the doorman-who-is-clearly-the-boy-from-the-prologue more if he weren't introduced like...every sarcastic brooding male love interest who infuriates the MC ever. But who am I kidding? I'll probably still enjoy the relationship despite the cliche if it's written well. Other than that, the story draws me in and I want to read more about this horror hotel with the charming facade.
