The author has done a wonderful job of setting the tone for this story - two young girls on their own in a place where magic happens. With the prologue, there's a darker undertone to the story, causing me to wonder what exactly happens in this incredible hotel. I'm looking forward to reading more of this book, with its likable characters and beautiful writing.
