A Spellbinding First Impression from Hotel Magnifique
I was first intrigued by Hotel Magnifique not only because of the gorgeous cover and premise, but also because Adalyn Grace claimed it to be "impossible to put down" and her new "auto-buy author," and I absolutely adore Adalyn Grace's work.
I can absolutely see the ties between this novel and Caravel & The Night Circus, with the small exception that we are dealing with a hotel versus a circus. The entire setting of this first impression leaves you feeling as if you were immersed in this magical world. Emily Taylor has a way with words that just feels incredibly beautiful in its descriptions. By the end of the first look, I was itching to know more about Hotel Magnifique and the story behind the doorman and the magician. I'm looking forward to following Jani and Zosa on their adventure through the hotel, and can't wait to keep reading!
