I am a bit on the fence about this one. Although the snippet did make me curious about what is going on with these girls and how the past connects to the future, I also don't feel like I would enjoy the book much other than curing my curiosity in the end. I may be wrong. It's a bit hard to tell, especially with so little mentioned about Clare in the first look.
