There have been plenty of crime thrillers written lately with the ‘flashbacks of older murders and new killers on the loose “that might just be the real killer”’ kind of scenarios. I don’t usually drift towards crime fiction unless there’s something really unique or interesting that stands out about it, and this one just seems to be something similar to recent releases. Nothing that’s really drawing me in and keeping me there.
