The First Impression of this book is so good! It really hooked me in right away and I definitely wanted to keep reading after the first 19 pages. It starts with a suspicious death being investigated by a town's police and neighboring chief comes in to investigate as well. Fast forward to several years and another similar unexplained death occurs and the same chief investiagtes. The boy accused of the second murder ends up becoming police chief in present day time, as he clearly didn't commit the murder! I would love to read more about how they came to find him innocent, the suspicious deaths of young women, and the continuation of the three stories that all intertwine with one another! I have to read More! So good!
