I never like it when a cover has the author's name as BIG as the book title. Too distracting. I find the plot very intriguing, but the timeline-jumping can be quite confusing. Just trying to get the name of every side characters is tiring.
For the minor details, I think each subchapter should start with the Year-Month-Date & location writing instead of Date-Month-Year. Helps the readers keep track of the storyline better.
