Even though this is a story that deals with heavy topics like anxiety, panic attacks, COVID, and death it is still a cute story that I really enjoyed. This book takes place at the beginning of the pandemic, in March 2020. Where Max and Jonah meet for the first time at a grocery store and start up a virtual relationship. This book switches between their point of view which I really enjoyed and was a hugely important aspect of the story in capturing both sides of the story. On the other hand, I really didn't like how creepy Jonah was for stalking Max online to find her. I felt like their relationship was a little bit rushed and there were times where their actions seemed like what adults think teenagers act. However, the character was likable especially the side characters (Olivia and Arlo).

I really loved how the step-parent replacing parent trope was written really and wasn't forced. Additionally, Jonah's panic attacks and anxiety were well represented and in my opinion really accurate. Furthermore, I really enjoyed how this book wasn't all rainbow and sunshine and showed the dark and ugly side of relationships and life.
