There has been a lot going on in the past few months, and we still haven't gotten completely through it yet. Maybe that's why it was a pretty average read for me. There wasn't a defined ending like I would've liked it to have. The main characters go through so much, and because it is set in a time less than two years ago, there was a lot that hit home and didn't make it quite enjoyable if it was a regular romance. The sub-pots were cool, and if explored, had a lot of potential. It all seemed very surface, like not a lot went deep into detail. The main characters best friend moved across the country and we got one side thought about it. Someone died, and I felt next to nothing. It was all rushed and glossed over. Not a very satisfying ending. The Epilough wasn't enough to raise to four stars like I had hoped. I just needed to feel satisfied, I would've liked to see five years into the future not the next day.
