I like the cover. The writing is snappy and witty and the story seems cute. But the pandemic isn't over, and so for me, this story is too soon given the Delta variant and that many of us are being re-traumatized when we hadn't gotten over the first round. This is an experience that we wish to escape, not romanticize. So for me, this book is too soon. Plus, it's yet another YA romance and I am clearly not the YA demographic.
