I didn't know how I would feel about this book - I have a lot of anxiety regarding my health and the pandemic, but I gave it a chance because I love Chandler Baker's writing. I've never read anything by Wesley King before, but the writing style of the two author's together put me immediately at ease and I feel in love with this book. Yes, I have lived through this pandemic like everyone. Yes, I lived through it with a chronic illness and worried about my health more than others like Jonah so it was very relatable. I get nervous when I think about pandemic books. I don't want to read them because my anxiety spikes, but this one put me at ease because it was funny and gave me hope. It is one that I want to keep reading because it shows me that there is more out there than being stuck in my room 24/7 worried about life crashing down on me.
