I was floored by the cover alone and title. But looking past that at the eloquent writing coupled with the intense mystery abound I was hooked. I think deep down as a female we all want to be a little or more Minerva. He prowess and savvy in a time when this is unheard of draws me into her character. I want to in ow her. I very facet of who she is. The unexpected under dog with the heart of gold and a steel trap around it. I think this partnership between her and chase will come to prove the last anyone expects. I am holding out for a budding romance but that may solely be the hopeless romantic in me. The way the stories from different perspectives come together make this a nightstand stable that I don’t want to have to ever put down.
