Minerva and Chase are so good together. I loved reading their story a lot and want more. I cant wait to read what happens with the other two girls that inherited the dukes fortune. The first page grabbed me and I didn't let go. I like her friends Beth and her son Jeremy. also the mystery was well formed I loved the way she went in as a maid to help find out who and if the Duke was murdered. And Chase knew who she was just by her hands alone. Madeline is a great writer and I cant wait to read more of this series and who the other ladies are and who they get. My favorite scene has to be the first one where Chase is waking up after Minnie Conked him on the head so funny that is what had me wanting this book so much and the rest of it didn't disappoint either
