This romance is a fun and delightful read. This novel follows Minerva and one day she finds that an intruder has broken into her home and so she ties up the intruder but little does she know that the intruder is no other than Chase Radnor, a grandson of a lord. Chase is adamant that Minerva has inherited money from his uncle who happens to a very wealthy duke. What ensues after that is love and attraction.
The writing style was very easy to read and to get into. Madeline Hunter does a terrific job at making her characters feel real and she writes in a way that you feel for the characters. Nothing was overdone in my opinion. Everything from the storyline to the romance that takes place was well-paced and never felt rushed.
If you are familiar with Madeline Hunter's previous romance novels than you will be in for a treat with this one. You will be immediately sucked into the story and the characters.
