My first impression is that it was good and to keep reading, lol! Minerva is the type of heroine you'll quickly like and root for. She's loyal, smart and always manages to save herself, using her wits.
The mystery of why she was left an inheritance from a Duke she never knew and someone who obviously knew more about her then most is definitely interesting. The chemistry between the heroine and her hero is definitely simmering under the surface and I can't wait to see how it all turns out.
Loved the cover, the blurb was also written well enough to pique interest at first glance.
