Timely, sensitive and useful information. A well written, concise and researched book full-of-heart. The structure of this book helped to present the information in an engaging and seamlessly flowing way. The diagrams were very helpful and easy enough to be remembered in times of need. I've lost a lot of weight but gained some back due to medications and health conditions and even though I know the core processes of losing weight, I'd like to buy a print copy of this book as I think it will be very helpful in reminding me to be mindful when eating. I want to read more self-help books and my goal is to read one per month, but I get bored easily and usually the information presented is preachy--this one is not.
