I think this book will prove very helpful to many readers. I used to get hangry a lot, mainly when I was a single mother with an overwhelming amount of tasks on my plate, leaving little to no room for food! I think that I manage my hunger and my emotions relatively well now so even though I do think this book is well-written and informative, I don’t think it fits my current lifestyle and I couldn’t reap any benefits. I’m not entirely sure why I entered the giveaway. I think I was mainly interested in the psychological effect of hunger and wanted to comprehend that better. Don’t let my rating sway you. This is truly worth the read if hanger is problematic in your life. You’ll learn to curb those hungry outbursts and improve the relationships in your life!
