This book (obviously) is about nutrition eating healthier and having a healthier lifestyle.
I being someone who has taken college nutrition classes I don’t feel that anything That I read in the book couldn’t have been found with a quick good search or any other book on nutrition. Though that’s not to discredit the research and time that went into the creation of this book.
The actual writing was alright I didn’t fin it to be anything particularly special. I wouldn’t say that it is anything to write home about by any means.
I would recommend this book to those of you who are not incredibly educated on the topic and are looking to expand your knowledge that isn’t incredibly vast.
