Not anything different then what I have read before.
Like most people in the world, I've gotten hangry. Like really hangry. The idea of this book is good. Mindful eating. Its a good concept. Most of us are just so busy with life that we just mindless eat. We just grab whatever is available regardless of what it is and eat without sometimes thinking about what we are putting in to our mouths.
Dr. Albers wants to change that and have us be more aware of what we are doing and why we are doing it. She's all about taking time out and really taking our time with things. I have to be honest, this isn't anything I haven't read before or seen before. I enjoyed the stories in the book, but I really didn't think there was anything in this book, that hasn't been in every other single diet book.
