I think as someone who has struggled with an eating disorder in the past learning how to properly eat is extremely important. Not only for health and well being but also for your sanity.

I was first drawn to this book by cover and also the title. I loved it! I thought this was a really great read! It was easy to follow and gave you some scientific material but not too much.

I found many of the ideas and topics in the book helpful and have tried my best to implement them in my everyday life:l. This is definitely a book I would recommend and I even got a copy of this to share with my mother. I think it’s a must read for all people. Please check this one out you won’t be disappointed!
