This was such an informative book and I loved reading it. I think that it is easy to forget about what hunger means and the fact that there is almost always something underlying hunger. This book really helped me understand hunger and eating and the emotions and feelings that may also be associated with hunger. I liked reading this book and thinking about the deeper meanings of emotions and feelings; it is nice to be reminded to think about myself and my feelings rather than focus on something that almost feels external at times. I would highly recommend this book and everything that it teaches us about hunger, self love, self help, feelings, and emotions. I really learned a lot from this book!!
