Hanger Management is a helpful book about dealing with your hunger and various food issues. As someone with a husband and kids who frequently get hangry, I found this book to be informative and educational. I like the attention paid to mindfulness about how we talk to ourselves about what we eat. The tips with how to deal with hunger were really helpful as well.
There are so many really useful tips in this book like focusing on drinking water, focusing only on eating when we eat instead of being distracted by other things, and eating while traveling.
I also like how the book is organized into 45 tips. It makes it a book I could read when I had some time and it's also easy to go back and revisit the tips that really resonated with me.
