This book teaches you exactly what you can eat that gives you more energy and fills you up for a longer time than what you're used to eating, so that you can go longer with out getting hungry.. this book is a godsend and I recommend it to anyone that might be looking to lead a healthier, happier life! If you want to know more information on feeling better and eating better, this is the book for you! Definitely a must read.
