Helpful when Dieting is Hard

Dieting has always been a struggle for me, especially since i gave birth. Then, when the baby weight had trouble coming off, I began dieting, and always failed. i"d do well for a week or two, and then binge. I had trouble with my emotions too, because if I'm not full or satisfied, it would be easy for me to fly off the handle.

Then, i began intuitive eating. Weight that i lost stayed off. I've began to add these tips into my daily life as well, and eating has become fun again. I feel that thanks to Dr. Albers, I have more tips and tools to take on my day and continue to lose weight in a healthy way - and make long lasting changes to my diet that are sustainable. The tips are easy to implement, and I'm much more conscious of the choices that I make every day.
