I’m so glad I got a copy of this one, it spoke to me in so many ways! I use the term hangry a lot I mean don’t we all get moody when we’re hungry! This book opens up into your health, the foods you eat and the reason your body reacts when you aren’t eating the right foods, timing is everything! Food effects our sleep patterns, and mood swings, this book talks about the authors experience with food, she does back thing up with science, and as you read it your like Wow, okay that makes complete sense now! Our systems need good, good food, and good energy to run well, I felt like she was writing this book for me! I will go back and probably re-read sections and use as reference, definitely recommend this book to everyone :)
